On behalf of our valued client, we are looking for a sales account manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with material handling systems and be experienced growing business in this sector.
The new sales account manager will report to the current director of sales. They will be a key factor in development of the business. You will work to identify new business contacts, generate sales leads from existing clients, and effectively manage sales opportunities from start to end.
As the new Sales Account Manager, you will:
Work to nurture build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate competitive and accurate proposals.
Identify and develop own leads within our client’s industry.
Manage incoming leads from events and marketing.
Manage customers from first contact to signed order.
Work with the solutions department to ensure high quality designs.
Update the CRM.
Provide accurate and timely monthly reports.
Uphold company’s values and represent them in a positive and respectful way.
Requirements for the new Sales Account Manager:
Needed:
Previous experience in a sales or Partner Sales Manager role.
Experience in an automated material handling role.
Highly motivated individual that can work with a team or on their own.
Are an excellent communicator with outstanding sales skills, negotiation experience, influencing skills and experience presenting and closing deals.
Focus and driven to achieve goals and targets.
Desirable:
Experienced with CRM SAP
Experienced selling high speed sortation systems
Experience selling ASRS systems
Proficient in CAD
About the role:
This role would involve regular travel around the UK so having your own transport would be essential.
Salary is dependent on experience
