New Opportunity – Bookkeeper 
 
Our client in Ilkeston is looking for a Experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. In this role you will be assisting with the Bookkeeping for various clients. 
 
As the new Bookkeeper you will: 
 
Prepare accounts when needed. 
Maintain a control system to ensure timely receipt of VAT information from clients. 
Prepare and submit VAT returns by required deadlines. 
Ensure full compliance with VAT regulations. 
Work within established budgetary controls. 
Meet all internal and client deadlines 
Ensure compliance with Data Protection/GDPR Regulations. 
Uphold professional standards and ethical responsibilities. 
Always act in a professional and appropriate manner. 
 
 
 
 
At least 2 years previous experience is required in the following areas for this position: 
 
Bookkeeping 
Sage 
VAT Returns 
 
 
About this role: 
 
This is a full-time, permanent role. 
This position is office based. 
You may be required to work off-site as needed.

Salary from £26,000 annually 
35 hours a week, Monday – Friday
