Job Title: HSE Manager 
Location: Loughborough  
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year (£20.24 - £25.30 per hour) 
Hours: 38 hours per week  
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent 
 
About the Role: 
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a growing business on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will support the team in maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards, working closely with the Head of HSEF to ensure compliance with quality accreditations and regulations. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001 accreditations. 
Assist in maintaining and re-certifying company accreditations. 
Investigate incidents, produce reports, and implement corrective actions. 
Manage PPE control, audits, and reports. 
Monitor department KPIs and take action where necessary. 
Conduct fire and emergency drills, risk assessments, and method statements. 
Provide monthly health & safety statistics and reports. 
Oversee company inductions and support team development. 
Regular visits to the Head Office in Heanor, Derbyshire. 
 
Essential Experience: 
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. 
5+ years' experience in site and CDM regulations. 
Experience with ISO and OHSAS accreditations. 
Key Skills: 
Strong organisational and communication skills. 
Ability to provide constructive feedback and lead training sessions. 
Computer literate and skilled in report writing.
