As an Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our client's business. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and financial tasks, including invoicing, debt management, VAT reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and more. 
 
Key Responsibilities as the new Accounts Manager: 
 
Raising invoices on sage 50 
Uploading purchase invoices onto sage 50 
Debt management 
Maintaining the office outlook 
Raising and resolving Queries 
Reconcile supplier statements 
Issue customer statements 
Bank Reconciliation 
Vat Return Submission 
 
Qualifications and Skills as the new Accounts Manager: 
 
AAT Qualification would be preferable. 
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounts management. 
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. 
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 
Leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team. 
Knowledge of VAT regulations and CIS would be advantageous. 
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
 
About the role: 
 
Permanent, part time 
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 16:30pm 
Salary Depending on Experience 
Kirkby in Ashfield, Derbyshire
