The role: 
• General administration work / reception duties 
• Use of Microsoft applications to process company correspondence. 
• Use of Sage to generate purchase orders, invoices, statements etc. 
• Reception cover, answering telephone, dealing with visitors/couriers. 
• (Close supervision and training provided) 
 
Start Date
End of January, start of February 
 
This is a temporary part-time role, for marternity cover. 
 
We would like someone for 2 days per week (9.00am to 5.00pm with 30 mins lunch break) 
 
One day to definitely be a Friday each week to facilitate reception cover and preferably a Thursday, although negotiable.
