Our client based in Ilkeston are looking for a Permanent Part-Time Administrative Finance Assistant. You will be responsible for the general administrative tasks, along with supporting the finance team including general ordering for consumables for the factory. Reporting to the Finance Manager.
• Providing a courteous reception and dealing with visitors in accordance with procedures
• Assist with planning and organising trips, researching, obtaining quotes, and arranging bookings in accordance
• Monitor and maintain appropriate stock/stationery levels
• Checking deliveries against delivery note/order
• Prepare and manage data and process manual records
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to plan and organise work effectively
• Problem solver and implement solutions
• Understanding the importance of confidentiality
This is a Part-Time role offering flexibility for those who require it
• 3 to 4 hour days
• 5 days a week
Hourly rate starting at £9.50, negotiable depending on experience.
