Recruit 2 You Ltd. are in partnership with a with a worldwide manufacturing company concentrating specifically in the automotive sector for over 20 years and have gained a great reputation over this period. 
 
An opportunity has occurred for additional members of staff to join the business at their Mansfield, Forest Town site with ongoing work however, this position will begin as temporary, this could become a permanent position for the correct candidate! 
 
The first step towards gaining this position will include a full induction which includes a Health & Safety brief whilst being shown around the company’s warehouse where you will see other employees operative the machinery, followed by 12 weeks of training if you pass the induction stage. 
 
Your hours of work will be 6:00am-6:00pm (Thursday - Sunday) 4 days a week and the following week will be 3 nights a week 6:00pm-6:00am (Friday-Sunday). 
The pay rate for this shift is £8.91 per hour and for the night shift the rate increases to £9.50 per hour, a 30-minute break will be unpaid however free canteen facilities are available to use whilst on shift. 
 
About the job: 
Your role as a production operative may involve cutting fibreglass to template, placing completed pieces into a hot press machine, and completing quality checks before spraying with paint to get a pristine finish.

• Willing to work it a hot environment – essential 
• Reliable 
• Able to work with 20 tonne press machines
