Recruit 2 You Ltd are working with a valued client, who are recruiting for Concrete Operatives who have previous experience within this environment. Our client specialises in architectural and wet cast stone. The Concrete Operative vacancy is based 5 minutes from Junction 28; our client is looking for a candidate who has experience in finishing concrete and setting moulds. 
We have an opportunity for additional candidates to join their business on an ongoing basis, initially this will be temporary, however could lead to a permanent contract within the business! 
As part of this opportunity, you will be a minimum of 12 weeks full training before gaining a permanent role. 
Your working hours will be 06:30 - 15:00 hrs 5 days per week (Monday – Friday) 40 hrs each week. Overtime is available on occasional Saturdays; however, this is optional. 
The pay rate for this role is £9.50-£9.75 per hour for standard hours. 
About the job: 
Your job role will include general labouring duties, quality checking all stonework are to company’s standards, and assembling moulds for concrete to be poured in to

• Keen to secure a permanent job – Essential 
• Previous experience with precast concrete or within a manufacturing background – Desirable
