Our client, based in Ripley, are looking for a Costings Administrator to join their business. They are looking for a hard-working and determined individual to work closely with and assist the costings team.
As the new Costings Administrator, you will:
Input daily worksheets from site to excel sheets.
Match invoices to timesheets.
Check Aggregates Tickets from invoice to delivery notes.
Raise any queries with the Site Manager and the Account Team.
Obtain plant rates to ensure costing of job is correct.
Work closely with Costing Account team.
General Administrative duties
Requirements for the role:
Previous administrative experience is required.
Experience of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
Costings experience is desirable

About the role:
The role is full-time.
40 hours a week
8 hours a day with a half hour unpaid lunch break.
