Are you an experienced Customer Account Executive looking for new role? Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their team based in South Normanton! 
As part of a team of around 15 other Customer Account executives, working within a large, bright open plan, air-conditioned office you will manage Customers accounts within a service area globally! 
Candidates from a manufacturing background would be advantageous but we are really looking for candidates who have previous account management experience and have worked in a fast-paced role, someone who is able to stay calm under pressure and deliver honest customer service to our client’s customers. 
Day to day duties will include: 
• Developing relationships with customers and key stakeholders 
• Processing client orders 
• Creating service development plans 
• Acting as a point of contact for any issues or complaints 
• Using SYSPRO system to keep information up to date 
You as the new Customer Account Executive will: 
• An excellent communicator 
• Good at building long-term relationships 
• Driven and highly motivated 
• Passionate about customer service 
• Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced office 
• Competent in Microsoft office products 
• Ability to multitask
