Our client who are leaders in the telecommunications industry have a vacant position for a Customer Support Manager to be based in offices in Butterley, Ripley. Ideally we see looking for an experienced team leader who is able to provide first line support to the team feeding back to the directors for any escalated queries. 
 
Skills Required 
• Efficient and pro-active 
• Excellent telephone manner 
• Confident and outgoing who is not afraid to problem solve. 
• Organised 
• Confident with Excel and Email 
• Good understanding of I.T systems 
 
You as the new IT Support Manager will: 
• Remote trouble- shoot and problem solve. 
• Organise excel spreadsheets and capture data. 
• Liaise with suppliers. 
• Be able to manage and motivate a small team
