Our client, who are based in Netherfield, Nottinghamshire, are seeking an Engineering Compliance & NPD Manager to become a valued member of their team. As part of the Operations and Implementation Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products, custom projects, and NPD initiatives adhere to necessary compliance, safety, and quality standards, both in delivery and documentation. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Manage and implement all Engineering Compliance requirements and documentation for a variety of orders and projects, which may be at varying stages of the development process. 
Manage and support the Operations and Implementation Team with functional and safety testing requirements for various products and capital projects ensuring all results are recorded and communicated. 
Manage and deliver all New Product Developments in line with the predefined Safety, Quality, Cost and Time constraints. 
Lead and support improvements through CI initiatives and preventative actions. 
Develop and maintain Compliance, Testing and Sign Off Documentation and communicate these to the wider Business and Key Stakeholders. 
Work closely with the wider business to ensure all project documentation and certification is completed in line with the respective project delivery dates. 
Liaise with Procurement, External Suppliers and Subcontractors to ensure that all component and service certifications are readily available and stored centrally. 
Effectively communicate and escalate risks and issues to both the Management and Senior leadership Teams. 
Maintain a commercial focus and interest in product markets identifying opportunities to develop new products, improve processes and recognise cost savings. 
Assist the Sales & Marketing Team to develop and maintain customer relationships. 
Development and progression of new processes, documentation and ways of working. 
Requirements & Skills: 
Experience working in Engineering Compliance 
Proficient in product safety requirements and submissions 
Experience in country specific certification requirements (CE, UKCA, IEC, CSA, CCC, etc.) 
Experience with ROHS, REACH, CA Prop 65 and other environmental compliance regulations

About the role: 
37.5 Hours a week – Monday to Friday (Flexible start and finish times) 
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
