We're recruiting on behalf of our client, and they're looking for dedicated individuals to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis for General Operative.
Job description:
As a General Operative you will be using adhesives and solvents to bond together industrial screens. You will also be required to operate a bead blasting machine, this includes placing aluminium frames into the machine and hold this into place.
This role is a key part of the finishing process of products.
Hours:
Either 08:00 - 16:45 Mon to Thurs.
Either 08:00 - 14:30
Benefits:

Pay rate - £11.44 per hour

· Profit related bonus, after qualifying period
The Role:
Working with a variety of machines/equipment.
. Bonding Industrial screens to written procedures.
. Dispensing adhesives and solvents.
· Various manual handling tasks
· Completion of related paperwork
· General housekeeping
The Candidate:
· Will preferably have some machine/production experience.
· Will have the ability to read & understand written instructions accurately.
· Demonstrate the ability to work with a high level of attention to detail.
· Should be reliable and punctual.
There will be full training for the successful applicants but some previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
