Our client who supplies equipment to the mining, steel, and quarrying industries are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Administrator to join their team. 
The successful applicant will have a genuine passion for all health, safety, well-being. 
Your responsibilities as the new Health & Safety Administrator: 
Maintain and update databases. 
Raise and administrate departmental purchase orders as required. 
Draft minutes of compliance meetings or forums where required. 
Maintaining records and documentation related to health and safety activities, including incident reports, training records, and safety inspections. 
Any other reasonable request by line manager or Directors of the business. 
Other administration duties 
Your skills & requirements as the new Health & Safety Administrator: 
Proficient communication and administrative skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels. 
Previous administration experience. 
Good IT skills, in Microsoft Office applications 
Ability to Organise and Prioritise 
Job Requirements: 
DBS Check Preferable 
GDPR experience desired. 
About the role: 
Monday – Friday (Fulltime, Permanent) 
£22,000 per annum 
23 days annual leave (In addition to statutory holidays)
