Our client based in Alfreton is looking for an exceptional Office Manager on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office. The successful candidate will also demonstrate effective communication skills with a professional attitude. Their duties include managing the office budget, dealing with staff issues, and establishing and maintaining policies and procedures 
You as the new Office Manager will: 
• Be proficient in Excel/ Adobe packages 
• Have experience in file uploading/ file transferring etc. 
• Experience of managing/ supervising a small team. 
• Be PC literate 
• Be self-disciplined and efficient 
• Have a good standard of general education (9 GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent) 
• Have experience using SAGE 
Key responsibilities of the Office Manager: 
• Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts 
• Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed 
• Helping establish and maintain office procedures 
• Assisting senior management team when needed 
• Dealing with staff recruitment 
• Attending seminars and training 
• Create weekly sales/invoicing reports 
• Keep CRM system up to date 
Salary / Package: 
• £20,000 - £24,000 Per Annum 
• Pension 
• Holidays and additional company benefits 
• Monday- Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm
