Our client who manages in heavy machinery projects are looking for a Full Time Payroll Assistant to join their Payroll Department.
Your responsibilities as the new Payroll Assistant:
General administration within the Payroll/HR Department
Uploading paper files to electronic
Updating SAGE HR Programme / Telephone directory
Assisting HR Manager with right to work checks, processing starters.
Any other reasonable request from your line manager or Directors of the business
Confidentiality is vital in this roleas the applicant will be dealing with sensitive information.
Your skills & requirements as the new Payroll Assistant:
Proficient communication and administrative skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels.
Previous Payroll experience.
Good IT skills, in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to Organise and Prioritise
Undertake tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager.
SAGE experience preferred.
About the role:
Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
30-minute unpaid lunch
Monday – Friday (with some Saturdays included this can be paid or given back in lieu)
21 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday
