Our client based in Ripley are hiring for a Sales Administrator. 
Salary – £25,000 pro-rata 
Hours – 20-30 hours per week over 5 days 
Pension – 5% matched defined contribution scheme 
Holidays – 24 days (+ bank holidays) pro-rate 
Place of work – Office based 
Primary duties: 
Management of spares enquiries, from costing and quoting through to order acceptance 
Creation of supplier purchase orders 
Preparation of presentations 
Input into marketing activity and social media 
Minute taking 
CRM data entry and reporting 
Travel and accommodation bookings 
Collation of expenses 
Coordination of customer visits 
General administrative tasks 
Qualifications – Must be IT literate with a high level of competence across the Microsoft suite 
Experience – Ideally someone with experience of working in an engineering company, in a Sales or Project 
environment. Desirable, but not mandatory.
