Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Systems Integration Engineer to support their customers at various sites across the U.K.
As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical support, conducting routine inspections, and collaborating on system modifications and upgrades.
This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the optimal performance of control systems.
You as the new Systems Integration Engineer you will:
Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and efficiently resolve problems to minimise downtime.
Conduct routine inspections, system audits, and preventive maintenance activities.
Identify and analyse complex system faults, utilising troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system modifications, upgrades, and enhancements.
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
Train end-users and support personnel on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovation.
Be available to contribute to oncall / call outs UK wide.
Able to stay away from home on occasions.
About you:
Full UK Driving License.
Previous experience in providing technical support for control systems or similar systems.
Proficiency in programming languages used in control systems (e.g., PLC programming languages).
Familiarity with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems and HMI design.
Knowledge of industry-standard control system protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

Core working hours will be 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Thursday), with a 1:00 pm finish on Fridays (subject to work commitments) Overtime, including some night shifts and weekends, may be required.
