Our very valued client is looking for a transport administrator to join their Ripley-based team. They will be assisting with the transport activity of our client’s business.
As the new Transport Administrator, you will:
Perform administrative task for the company vehicles.
Update records and fleet statistics.
Book vehicles in for repair and regular maintenance.
Check tachographs for the Transport department.
Work on time directive, fleet statistics and maintenance records.
Order fuel cards and keep records of fuel usage.
Report any usage that is out of the ordinary.
Be able to communicate well with others.
Be able to work well both by themselves and as a team.
Requirements for the role:
Previous administrative experience is required.
Experience of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, is an advantage
Transport experience is desirable.

About the role:
The role is full-time.
40 hours a week
8 hours a day with a half hour unpaid lunch break.
Salary is dependent on experience.
