Hello, I'm Maddie, a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Resourcing Administrator. At just 16 years old, I've started an exciting journey in the world of recruitment and administration. 
 
In my role, I play a very important role in our team, contributing to our daily operations and ensuring the smooth flow of candidate data. My responsibilities include: 
 
• Data Management: I am dedicated to maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems and spreadsheets. This involves meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to keeping our records organized and efficient. 
• Candidate Engagement: I take pride in reaching out to new candidates, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our process as they search for employment opportunities. Effective communication and a personable approach are key to my success in this aspect of my role. 
 
In addition to my work, I am committed to my personal development. I am currently pursuing a Level 3 Business Administration course at college, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills to excel in my role and beyond.

I joined Recruit2You in November 2023 as a Permanent Apprentice Administrator with no recruitment experience. After finishing college, I realised that I didn’t want to pursue university as it wasn’t the right path for me. Instead, I wanted a more hands on approach to learning that only an apprenticeship could offer. 
 
At Recruit 2 You, I am currently studying to achieve my Level 3 in Business Administration. This qualification will help me develop an understanding of and build skills in a wide range of administrative activities, while also allowing me to gain in-person experience in the role. 
 
As an apprentice I am responsible for helping the permanent team to identify candidates through reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, creating candidate profiles, updating job adverts and social media pages. I’m using my apprenticeship to build on my time management, communication and organisational skills.
