We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to join our client’s production team. This role will involve supervising night-shift production activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining efficient workflow.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a production or manufacturing environment, a good attitude, and supervisory experience. Previous experience in cleanroom working environments is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support production operatives working on conveyor machines for labelling and packaging bottles.
Supervise the wrapping of palletised products using a pallet wrapper.
Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met within the workspace.
Maintain organisation and tidiness of the work area throughout the shift.
Promote a positive, efficient, and repetitive work environment for night-shift operatives.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is essential. Supervisory experience is required, though it doesn’t need to be specific to this sector.
Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in repetitive and high-paced settings.
Experience in cleanroom environments is desirable.
First aid certification is beneficial.
About this role:
This is a full-time, permanent position
Shift for this role is Sunday to Thursday, 10pm – 6pm
Salary for this role is between £28,000 – £29,000 (Depending on experience)
Ideal candidates will live locally or have reliable transportation due to the location of the role.
