Rework Operative
Location: South Normanton
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour
Are you looking for a light-duty, quality-focused role in South Normanton? We have an exciting opportunity for a Rework Operative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Collect pre-stacked tin moulds that come off a machine.
Wrap tin moulds in paper or place them in paper bags.
Stack wrapped products neatly on pallets.
In some areas, feed the machine with two components that are pressed together to make a final lid.
Check and rework a large box of finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Perform ongoing quality checks throughout your shift.
Complete hourly paperwork, including your name and the updated quantity for that hour.
Requirements:
No heavy lifting required - this is a light-duty role.
Ability to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic record-keeping skills for completing hourly paperwork.
