We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about structural design and enjoys working on complex projects that challenge conventional thinking. You will play a key role in the development and execution of structural designs that meet both safety and efficiency standards. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and optimise structural designs for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver effective solutions. 
Conduct structural analysis and simulations to validate design concepts and assess feasibility. 
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for all design projects. 
Participate in project reviews and provide technical support during the manufacturing and installation phases. 
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in structural engineering. 
 
Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. 
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural design, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. 
Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent. 
Strong understanding of relevant design codes and regulations. 
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About this position:  
Salary for this position is between £40,000 and £50,000 
This is a full-time, permanent position.
