A day in the life of Recruit 2 You
A day in the life at Recruit 2 You can go from one extreme to another within the space of only ten minutes. As a team, we never fail to put a smile on our faces to ensure we fulfil our clients and candidate's needs.
We start our morning off by getting our desk ready, with our diaries are open and ready for our morning meeting where we can discuss what everyone within the office is doing for the day, and offering help to one another where possible to achieve our daily goals. We will then go and grab a cup of coffee or tea to then be at our desks ready to start with a clear and focused mindset. There are very challenging times within recruitment as a whole, but Recruit 2 You pride ourselves in being a personable and honest recruitment agency – communication is key, and we communicate all aspects of job updates to our candidates, and all job search updates to our clients.
At Recruit 2 You, we work Monday to Friday, with an early finish on a Friday, which to us is known as ‘Dress Down Friday’. When we are working, we show 100% respect to one another within the team, and we maintain the highest standards where possible to suit our candidates and client's needs. We classify ourselves as a family, so we always accept responsibility as a team, and never single out any one individual. Every day is different when working at Recruit 2 You, and that is what makes it interesting when working. We expect new challenges, and we ensure to achieve the best of our ability as a team.
As your local recruitment partner, we position our candidates into their desired job role, but also allow candidates a new opportunity for our temporary side of recruitment. We build a strong relationship with our candidates, and we get to understand what job role they would be interested in, along with their experience they currently have. There is nothing more we enjoy as a team, than knowing that we have helped multiple people, both locally and within a 30-mile radius from our Heanor office. We place our candidates in a job where we know that they will be happy as their requirements will fit the job role.
We are ‘Placing People First’
