The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines to cut foam sheets according to specifications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment and have a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate production. This position offers an even pace with minimal pressure, making it suitable for individuals who enjoy collaborative work and precision-focused tasks.

This position is offered on a 12-week temporary to permanent basis, providing an opportunity for the right candidate to secure a permanent role within their organisation.
Job Details:
Load foam sheets onto CNC machine according to production schedule.
Operate CNC machine to cut foam sheets into designated shapes and sizes.
Collaborate with team members to label cut parts accurately.
Inspect cut parts for quality and precision.
Sort cut parts into correct batches for further processing.
Feeding a machine, so that the netting goes over cushions as a cover.
Physically handle foam and fibre.
Material handling (including some heavy lifting), material cutting, gluing, and general warehouse tasks.
Work alongside a small, friendly team in a warehouse setting.
Comprehensive training provided before you start your shift.
Note: This position involves working in a manufacturing environment with machinery and may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
You will be working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 and so ALL applicants need to be available to complete the full time shifts as offered (40 hours). Overtime is also available for those looking for additional hours at weekends.
