Recruit 2 You is seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our client's team in Mansfield. 
 
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality service to clients, managing administration tasks, and supporting Account Executives. Uphold high customer service standards, build client relationships, secure renewal business, and promote in-house premium finance while adhering to key performance indicators and regulatory compliance. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Administer new business, renewals, adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing, and cover note issuance accurately and professionally. 
Ensure full compliance with FCA regulation and company procedures, handling complaints, and conducting learning, training, and assessment exercises. 
Achieve and maintain exceptional customer care standards, develop professional relationships with clients, and provide expert advice. 
Actively secure renewal business, promote in-house premium finance, and support Account Executives as needed. 
Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators compliantly with FCA regulations. 
Ensure compliance with company's Guides to Best Practice, covering areas such as commercial and consumer business, consumer credit, complaints, and more. 
Uphold employment policies, Individual Conduct rules, and other company practices and procedures. 
Take responsibility for meeting FCA reporting requirements and perform regular file and sales audits. 
Engage with senior management to ensure consistent fair treatment of customers and observe firm's TCF procedures. 
Conduct learning, training, and assessment exercises, attend supervision sessions and training courses for professional development. 
Develop and maintain effective relationships with insurers and underwriters, complying with administration requirements. 
Ensure secure handling of personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act and company policies. 
Prioritize client communication and maintain files in compliance with company standards and FCA regulations. 
Follow health and safety guidelines and undertake other duties as directed by the line manager. 
 
Knowledge/Experience: 
 
Working knowledge of commercial insurance products. 
Experience as an Account Handler in a similar broking environment. 
Experience working to high standards of FCA compliance. 
Skills/Ability: 
Attention to detail. 
Confident communication skills. 
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, etc. 
Proficient in IT skills, including the use of insurance IT systems and Microsoft products. 
Organisational skills. 
Qualification/Education/Training: 
Willingness to work towards Dip CII. 
Desired: Dip CII qualified. 
Minimum of CERT CII Qualified with at least 12 months experience. 
Other Requirements: 
Satisfy all pre-employment checks, including criminal records and credit checks. 
Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) records. 
 
About the Role: 
 
Full Time Permanent. 
Monday – Friday. 
£28,000 Per annum.
