**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate machinery in the extrusion department to manufacture plastic bags.
- Work closely with machines to ensure efficient production and uphold quality standards.
- Perform start-up and shutdown procedures for department machinery as instructed.
- Conduct and accurately record quality checks and information.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, prioritizing health and safety.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in extrusion or machine operation is preferred.
- Ability to work 4 on 4 off shifts, including days and nights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
