Recruit 2 You are looking for a Forklift Operative to join our client’s team at Coalville. 
 
As a Forklift Operative you will have a Counterbalance License (Combi License preferred). 
 
You will operate a FLT to move timber frame panels within the manufacturing environment, controlling inbound and outbound raw materials. Our client are expanding its workforce and is currently seeking an additional FLT Driver. 
 
Key Responsibilities as a Forklift Operative: 
 
- Locating goods into racking. 
- Unloading inbound goods from vehicles. 
- Allocate stock locations driving on the FLT. 
- Picking raw materials for production lines. 
- Checking off items and ensuring the correct items/quantities are loaded. 
- Wrapping finished goods for dispatch. 
- Loading finished pallets onto outbound vehicles. 
- Moving materials within the facility. 
- Completing relevant movement paperwork accurately. 
 
The working hours for the Forklift Operative will be 7am-3pm Monday-Friday! 
 
What We're Looking For: 
 
- Valid Counterbalance License, Combi License preferred. 
- Previous FLT experience within a warehouse environment. 
- Commitment to safety. 
- Initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment 
- Excellent time management skills, as speed and precision are essential. 
- Attention to detail and precision to meet targets. 
- Capacity to work quickly and meet deadlines. 
 
This position is offered on a 12-week temporary to permanent basis, providing an opportunity for the right candidate to secure a permanent role within their organisation. 
 
The hourly pay rate for this role is £12.71 per hour.
