Recruit 2 You are hiring on behalf of our client based in Eastwood who are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team! 
You, as an Office Administrator will be working closely with the Sales team to provide support in communicating with customers and using SAP to keep systems up to date on customer information. 
The hours for the Office Administrator will be 37.5 hours per week 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. 
The salary will be up to £24,000 per annum dependant on experience (bonus package included) 
This role comes with 20 days holiday per year, which can increase to 25 days + bank holidays. (additional time off over Christmas) 
- Process incoming orders in accordance with established company policies and procedures 
- Verifying order information, including product details, pricing, and delivery addresses 
- Coordinate with various internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment 
- Communicating with customers to confirm order details, answering customer queries, and providing customer order updates. 
- Generate required documentation such as order confirmations, delivery notes, and shipping labels and proof of delivery documents. 
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders and related data in the SAP system 
- Previous experience in Office Administration 
- Knowledge of SAP system 
- Good knowledge of sales order processing procedures and practices 
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry 
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively 
- Proficient in using computer systems and software programs, particularly SAP and MS Excel and MS Outlook. 
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
