Our client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. 
As the new Office Administrator, you will collate data and put documents together, the ideal candidate would be very organised ensuring documentation is filed, labelled correctly, and kept up to date and be able to use their own initiative. 
Roles and Responsibilities: 
Creation, maintenance, and submission of project document packs in line with customers’ and internal requirements 
Administration support for the coordination and collation of Project documentation packs. 
Co-ordination of reviews of supplier documentation in support of purchased product/service. 
About the role: 
£24500- £25000 per annum 
7.5 hours a day – 37.5 hours per week 
Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00 
25 days holiday plus bank holidays 
Company Pension to match up to 6%.
