We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Production Operative.
Responsibilities:
Light Resistant Welding (training provided)
Press Blanking (training provided)
General packing work
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the despatch department
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to work effectively with despatch paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High level of reliability and punctuality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working hours are Monday to Thursday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pay rate is £11.44 per hour
Immediate availability to start work.
